At The Medical Office (TMO), we prioritize your health and satisfaction. We ensure a safe and fast shipping experience to deliver your medical equipment and supplies in perfect condition, in partnership with top certified shipping carriers in Egypt.

Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared within 1 – 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Domestic Delivery (Egypt): Delivery typically takes 2 – 7 business days, depending on the governorate (Cairo and Giza usually have faster delivery times).
  • International Shipping: For orders outside Egypt, International shipping is currently unavailable. Stay tuned!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on:

  • Total weight of the order.
  • Customer’s geographic location.
  • We occasionally offer “Free Shipping” on specific items or for orders exceeding a certain value.

Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our headquarters in Giza, we will provide you with a Tracking Number via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email to monitor your shipment’s status until it reaches you.

Delivery Responsibility & Quality Assurance

  • We commit to packaging sensitive medical devices with extreme care to prevent any damage.
  • Important Notice: In case of any visible damage to the parcel or missing items, please contact the TMO support team within 24 hours of receipt to take necessary action.
  • TMO is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (weather conditions, public holidays, or customs delays).

To ensure successful and fast delivery, please provide a detailed address and a valid phone number. If delivery fails due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
